Patches Blend is named after my dad — a man whose presence has always been steady, humble, and unwavering. “Patches” is the name we call him, and it represents the kind of quiet strength and deep faith that built this foundation, one cup and one conversation at a time.

Roasted by Operation Coffee in Wisconsin, this medium-dark roast is bold yet approachable — just like my dad. It brings together smooth notes of dark chocolate, roasted almond, warm cedar, and a hint of citrus for balance.

This blend was made for early mornings, deep talks, and the kind of legacy you brew into every cup.
