We are expresso lovers and we find with a med/fine grind setting, 18.7 grams of beans, and a 37 sec expressing time (9 sec of that is pre-infusion) makes a very balanced two shots for a latte! Creamy chocolate and slight nutty notes, sometimes a light green bean note if we mess with the pre-infusion time.
This is the only coffee that doesn't give me heartburn. It's smooth, rich and incredibly delicious.
If for some reason I time my orders wrong and I run out, I'll just go without. Gone are the days of buying the convenient stuff from the market.
I fully support this brand, I appreciate that it is veteran owned and operated, I appreciate the heart behind the mission, and I am all for sharing a good cup of joe. Especially while sharing the gospel.
