Shipping Policy
At Operation Coffee, we roast and prepare orders with care so your coffee arrives as fresh as possible.
Order Processing
Most orders are roasted, packed, and shipped within 5-8Â business days. Because we roast in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Orders are not typically processed or shipped on Sundays or major holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and delivery location. Any available free shipping offers or promotions will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your location. Most orders arrive within a few business days after shipment, but carrier delays can occasionally happen.
Operation Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout, we cannot guarantee delivery or replacement.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we may offer to reship the order at the customer’s expense.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sam@operationcoffee.com.
Please include your order number and photos of any damaged items or packaging so we can review the issue.
Refunds or replacements may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
Local Pickup or Delivery
If local pickup or local delivery is available, those options will appear at checkout. Pickup and delivery availability may vary by location and schedule.
