Smooth, balanced, and approachable. Our medium roasts are the everyday cup — bright enough to notice, easy enough to drink all day.

Medium roast is where coffee tastes most like where it came from. We pull the beans before the roast starts to dominate, so the origin still comes through: citrus and caramel in Battle Buddy Blend, warm and even in Seasons, gentle and rounded in The Caregiver. If you drink your coffee black, this is where to start. If you take it with cream, these hold up without turning flat.

Every bag is roasted to order in small batches in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, and ships within 7–10 days so it reaches you near peak flavor. Choose your grind at checkout — whole bean, drip, coarse for French press and cold brew, or fine for espresso.
