Return and Refund Policy

Because our coffee is a food product, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.

We want you to be happy with your order. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sam@operationcoffee.com.

Refunds may be offered in the following situations:

  • Your order arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • An item was missing from your order
  • There was a clear fulfillment or shipping issue on our end

To help us review your request, please include your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

We do not offer refunds for taste preference, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has left our facility.
