About Us

My name is Sam Floyd and I am the owner and operator of Operation Coffee Roasters. I served in the Marine Corps from 2002-2006. I was deployed to Afghanistan from 2003-2004. 

I started Operation Coffee in 2017 after 11 years of battling mental health and struggling to adjust to civilian life. I didn't feel like I belonged anywhere for so long because my identity was in the Marine Corps and not focused on starting my new mission in life. It even got to a point of believing the lies that my mission was over here on earth. Shortly after seeking help is when my new mission began of raising awareness for mental health and suicide prevention through Operation Coffee. My mission is to start conversations over coffee and to help our heroes find their new mission. Thank you so much for your support! It truly means so much to me.
